Nice to hear about so many people from a long time ago. Very sad to hear about Don Minckler and Phil Rogers, and of course Lou DiParisi, who passed away some years ago. After bouncing between the east and west coast for a while after college, I settled in Baltimore 20 years ago, where my wife Cindy and I have raised two daughters. The older is a sophomore at Vanderbilt (I'll be at her Parents Weekend and will have to miss our reunion, unfortunately) and the younger a junior at The Friends School here in Charm City. I'd be embarrassed to show a picture of myself in my state of disrepair so I uplaoded one of the girls. Seems strange to have been teaching at the same place now for two decades after all the moving around until my early 30's, but I enjoy it. It's been hard rooting for my beloved Orioles for the last 13 years of futility, but hope springs eternal. Best to you all. Jim Atwood, where are you? |

You won't find my picture in the SHS '75 yearbook as I spent my last two years of high school in London where my father had been transferred. That said, my roots remain in Summit and I'm looking forward to re-connecting with you all then! |

Although I moved away from Summit after sophmore year, I still think of Summit as my home town. I remember friends fondly and still have managed to stay in touch with a few over the years. And Facebook is helping find more! Graduated from Mendham HS, then BA from Ohio Wesleyan, Grad school at University of Denver. Worked briefly in NYC but came to Colorado in 1981 and have been here ever since. In 2010 moved to Colorado Springs to be closer to work. Turned out to be a great idea. Have since met and married a wonderful man, Mark! We will celebrate our first anniversary in September 2012. We now live out in the country on a quiet piece of paradise with mountain views. |
